If the patient has questions or problems that cannot be resolved over the phone, we go to the patient's home to rectify the problem (home deliveries are only made in the state of Indiana.) We verify and notify the patient of their insurance coverage and the exact cost of our products to them. We accept Indiana Medicaid and Medicare allowable on TENS units. We notify patients when their rentals are ending and verify their wishes for continuing use of our products. We collect all needed prescriptions, letters of medical necessity, prior authorizations and CMN's for our products. We supply TENS, FES (NMES), traction (cervical and lumbar), Hi-Volt, Interferrential, Ultrasound, Dynamic Splinting, Wobble and Rocker boards, Iontophoresis, Low-Volt DC unit, back cushions, back pillows, back braces, hot and cold wraps, Bio-Feedback and all related accessories and gymnastic balls, plus an assortment of wound-healing creams from Derme' and topical pain relief from Therapain. We provide loaners to patients whose units are not working. They are free in warranty and there is a minimal charge if out of warranty. All units are tested against original specifications at any time at no charge. We re-educate patients or their families at no charge on the operation of our equipment they are using. We check with the patient before we bill for anything. We provide up to four sample electrodes for patients to try if they are experiencing skin irritation. We work with patients from other companies in an attempt to assist them. |
